Delete Your Account

Effective Date: May 28, 2026

You can permanently delete your Ibi Pax account and personal data at any time. Deletion is irreversible — once your account is removed, your data cannot be restored.

1. Delete From Within the App (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from the Ibi Pax app on your device:

  1. Open the Ibi Pax app and sign in to the account you wish to delete.
  2. Go to Settings (the gear icon).
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete.
  5. You will be signed out, and your account will be permanently removed.

Account deletion completes immediately. You will receive no further communications from us, and your data will be removed from our active systems within the timeframes described below.

2. Request Deletion by Email

If you can no longer access the app (for example, you have uninstalled it or lost access to your device), you can request account deletion by emailing us:

5. Active Subscriptions

Deleting your Ibi Pax account does not automatically cancel any active subscription. Subscriptions are managed by the platform where they were purchased:

We recommend cancelling any active subscription before deleting your account so you are not charged for a future renewal you cannot use.

6. Can I Reinstate a Deleted Account?

No. Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. If you wish to use Ibi Pax again in the future, you will need to create a new account; previous data, history, and preferences cannot be recovered.
